For the past few weeks I’ve been working on compiling a list of every single (well established) paleo/primal eating resource out there.  The Blogs, the YouTube Channels, the Podcasts, the Leading Figures, the Cookbooks, and some Hidden Gems in this growing community.

Let’s get right into it.

Blogs

WellnessMama.com is an online resource for women and moms who want to live a healthier life.  The founder, Katie, along with a team of researchers and medical advisers analyze a wide variety of topics and summarize the information in a clear and usable way.  They present practical tips, real food recipes, natural beauty and cleaning tutorials, natural remedies and other information to make your life better.

Mark’s Daily Apple is the blog that built awareness and authority for Mark Sisson and the Paleo/Primal lifestyle.  All topics related to thriving in the world with Primal strategies are covered by this “Google” of ancestral health.

Nom Nom Paleo was created by Michelle Tam to chronicle her new culinary adventures with a paleo approach.  For almost 10 years, she has been regularly posting recipes, writing about how to stay paleo when eating out, offering kitchen tips, and reviewing her favorite cooking gadgets.

Juli is food obsessed.  What makes it better… it’s an obsession with paleo food!  She created Paleomg to make you laugh, become more confident, inspire you to eat something healthy and delicious, and to just help people live better!

Alex, the foodie behind The Defined Dish makes absolutely amazing recipes.  She is an advocate of the Whole30 program and pretty much all of her recipes are paleo compliant.  As a Texan, she likes to throw in big, bold flavors to her healthy dishes.

Real Food with Jessica is packed full of paleo and Whole30 recipes.  Her recipes are quick, easy, and delicious!

Michelle, founder of The Whole Smiths, is super passionate about the food we eat.  She helps show us that eating wholesome doesn’t have to be boring and pretentious and that it’s attainable for everyone.

Carmen, from Every Last Bite is (you guessed it) a huge foodie!  She shares great recipes and information as she progresses on her journey to healing her autoimmune diseases with food and lifestyle.
